How can I pay for my order?

The total amount of your order will be withdrawn from your account when the order is completed and approved.

Can I change the payment method after making an order?

If you chose to pay by bank transfer when placing your order and want to pay by this method, simply use the bank details in the confirmation e-mail received. However, if you have changed your mind and want to pay for the order in a different way, just click “pay now” and pay with Debit/Credit card or PayPal.

However, if you chose one of the fast payment methods when placing your order and prefer to pay by bank transfer, no problem either! Make a transfer to our account and when we verify the payment, we will forward your order for processing.

Can I get an invoice for my purchase?

Yes! All you have to do is select “Issue an invoice” in the checkout summary and provide your company information (VAT ID, company name etc.) Please make sure that the provided information matches the data stored in the VIES system.


Can I cancel my order or make changes to it after it has been placed?

Sure. As long as we’ve not received a payment for the order, it will not be shipped. If you have already paid for them, write ([email protected]) or call us as soon as possible. We want you to enjoy the new socks as soon as possible, so the lack of information about the cancellation of the order will cause that they will probably reach you the day after payment of the parcel.

 


Will I get a discount with larger orders?

I have received an incorrect item - what can I do?

How can I add a sock monkey to my order?

As part of our Many Monkeys program, we create sock monkeys from second-class socks and leftover threads. You can make your own sock monkey at home with our DIY kits!

Add a DIY sock monkey kit to your order for 3£ when shopping for socks. If you buy socks for 35£ the kit is free! It contains the monkey template, filling material, 2 buttons, a needle, thread, a monkey sticker and sewing instructions.

How can I add a gift box to my order?

How can I use my discount code?

If you want to apply a discount code to your order, you can do so by entering it in the little box in the payment section at checkout. Please make sure that there are no additional spaces before or after.

Once you’ve entered the code, click on “Apply” and the code will be added to your order. You’ll see the discount value and the total of your order will change to reflect the code.

Discount code not working? Please check the below:
• You can only use one discount code per order.
• Most codes will have an expiry date or will be valid only for certain products.


Delivery

What is my order number?

If you have an account in our store, you will find all the order details in the “orders” section after logging in. In addition, an email should be sent with the confirmation of the order and a tracking number. If you have not received it, please write to us at [email protected] and we will send it again.

How long does the delivery take?

We deliver worldwide but delivery time varies by country. We prepare packages after order payment has been confirmed and send them out by 1p.m. CET on working days. For orders within the EU, the delivery time is 2-5 working days and for those outside the EU its 10-12 working days.

How can I get free shipping?

You qualify for free delivery if you buy products for at least 35£

 


Which countries do you ship to?

We deliver worldwide! If you want to have your order delivered to another country, you need to change your location and currency on the top of the order page.

If you would like to make a present to someone who lives abroad, let us know about it in the comment field of your order page ☺

 


Returns and exchange

I want to return a product - what can I do?

You can change your mind. If for some reason you decide that you want to return or exchange the purchased goods, you have 30 days from the date of purchase. Just send it to us to the following address:

Attach a copy of the receipt or order confirmation to the package.

Remember, socks cannot bear any signs of use, they should have the original packaging and not be damaged. We do not refund shipping costs and we do not accept cash on delivery parcels.


My socks came damaged, what should I do?

If you noticed a manufacturing defect when you received the socks, please contact us. We will try to solve this problem. Write to us at ([email protected]) or call +48 570 003 961. We will not allow you to wear defective socks!


How much time do I have to return a product?

You can return unpacked and labeled products within 30 days from the date of purchase.


When will I get a refund for my order?

After receiving your return, we need approx. 7 business days to process it and return the funds to your account.

What size socks should I order?

We try to be as close to universal sizes as possible. It’s best to follow the shoe number you wear most often ☺

We know from experience that there are problems with the size selection if the size is on the border of two compartments. If you’re a woman and wear shoe number 39, then size 35-38 will be good for you. For men with shoe size 43, it’s better to choose size 43-46 🙂


How should I wash and care for my socks?

We recommend washing our socks at 30°C, as higher temperatures may cause them to shrink. For the same reason, we do not recommend using a tumble dryer.


Where are the socks manufactured?

Our socks stand out among others, by being designed, produced, stored and distributed in logistical proximity to Lodz; the heart of the textile industry in Poland; the central hub of the EU.


What materials are the socks made from?

Our socks are produced locally in Lodz, Poland from the highest quality OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified yarns from local suppliers with care and attention to detail at every stage of production.

Our socks are made of:
80% cotton
15% polyamide
3% elastane
2% other yarns

The socks I want to order are currently unavailable, how can I find out if they will be back?

On the product page choose the size that you want to buy. If the socks are unavailable in your size, provide your email address and we will inform you once they become available again.

What are SHARE A PAIR! socks?

SHARE A PAIR! is our CSR program that acts in the interest of people, the planet and our product. Through various partnerships with company’s and NGO’s we are able to help through monetary or sock donations.
SHARE A PAIR! socks are a special upcycling line of socks intended solely for social purposes. These are socks that due to minor defects in production, cannot be sold – but instead of wasting space in the warehouse, they can make it to the feet of people all over the world, with a bigger purpose.
