Socks with beetroot
Some vegetables just refuse to blend in. The beetroot is one of them - deep, vivid, unapologetically itself. It doesn't arrive quietly. It stains everything it touches, turns heads, and somehow makes the whole plate more interesting just by showing up. These socks are for the person who gets that. Maybe they're a dedicated farmer's market regular who always leaves with purple fingers. Maybe they're just someone who knows that the best things in life - beets, sunsets, a really good pair of socks - tend to come in bold colors. This isn't the beetroot's first appearance in our veggie lineup, and honestly, we're glad it keeps coming back. It sits proudly between the cucumber and the tomato, confident in its color, completely unbothered. That energy? It carries over.
