Watch animal movies in meerkat socks
Everyone at some point in their lives has probably watched the classic
Disney movies; The Lion King and The Jungle Book. The former depicting the life of Simba the African lion, who thanks to his friend Timon would probably love our
meerkat socks, and the latter showing the adventures of Mowgli the jungle boy in India. These two hits, have created a divide between viewers which is almost as strong as the one between cat lovers and dog lovers. Although, they have their differences, for example
meerkat socks only appear in one, and
tiger socks and Shere Khan only appear in the other, they also have their similarities. King Louie is an orangutan that leads the jungle primates in The Jungle Book and who wants to become more human with the help of Mowgli, like learning about wearing
monkey socks. In The Lion King however the monkey character; Rafiki is a mandrill who’d prefer to wear a different form of
monkey socks depicting his own species. Although, our collection depicts animals inspired from both the jungle and the savannah, we have to say that when we watch The Lion King, we’d prefer to be wearing
meerkat socks.
No worries in meerkat socks
Have you heard the classic saying - Hakuna Matata? It means, no worries in Swahili and it was made popular by the iconic movie; The Lion King. What we understood from what the warthog and the meerkat wanted to tell the lion was that, in
meerkat socks, he wouldn’t have to worry until the end of his days. We know that sometimes life gets the best of us and with lots of responsibilities and lack of time on our minds, we find it hard to just take a break and stop worrying. Well if that’s the case then just say “Hakuna Matata”, take a deep breath and take some time for yourself. Whether it’s to do some morning
yoga or to go on a
safari and be among nature and animals. Who knows, maybe you’ll also meet some friends like Timon and Pumba along the way and come back home with a “no worries” mentality. Either way, no trip is complete without
meerkat socks to really help you reflect and de-stress.
